Enjoy the serenity of French Lake Resort. Listen to the cry of the loon nesting in our tranquil bay. Observe deer drinking at the water’s edge while bald eagles soar overhead. Catch an occasional glimpse of a black bear. The beautiful French Lake area will delight you with its abundance of wildlife.

Spring-fed French Lake boasts 92 acres of superb fishing waters. Species include Musky, Walleye, Bass and Panfish. If you prefer a larger body of water, the 19,000 acre Turtle Flambeau Flowage is only 3 miles down our road via the Springstead Landing.

Or simply launch your boat on our private concrete boat ramp and dock it on your private pier right outside your door. Each cottage comes with a 14 foot boat for your use. Motors and extra boats are available for rent. A tidy fish cleaning house and a freezer are available for our guests as well.

Our resort features 3 modern, carpeted two-bedroom cottages plus an original two bedroom log cabin. All have bathrooms with showers, gas heat, new stoves and full sized refrigerators. Our cottages come complete with fieldstone fireplaces to take the chill out of the air on a cool spring or fall day. Blankets and bed linens are furnished and all cottages are equipped with dishes, pots and pans, and utensils. We pride ourselves on our cleanliness and hospitality.

The cottages and log cabin are all situated on the water with no hills. Each includes a picnic table and charcoal grill.

French Lake Resort, surrounded by over 20 acres of lovely birch trees, has two wide open green areas for you to enjoy. So bring the bocce balls, the baseball bats, or just relax in the sunshine. Volleyball, tetherball and a teeter-totter are available for your enjoyment. A paddleboat and canoe are also available for our guests.
